I made this appetizer yesterday for one of our family members birthday party and I wanted something that looked Christmassy!
Ingredients
- 1 bread baguette
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 box boursin cheese (garlic/chives)
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 3 tbsp fresh basil (chopped thin slices)
Directions
Preheat oven 350′, next get out a cookie sheet and cut baguette into small slices and brush with olive oil, and toast the bread in the oven for about 7min or till it is toasted!
Next slice a clove of garlic in half and brush it over with the bread, once that is done spread the cheese over each piece of bread and 1tbsp of the pomegranates and garnish with the fresh basil and serve !!! Too Easy and perfect for Christmas xo
